Snap2HTML is a tool used to capture the directory structure on a hard disk and save it as HTML.

With advanced technology, users can use Snap2HTML 's HTML file such as Windows Explorer to display the directory structure and view the contents (see example output). In addition, Snap2HTML also has a built-in file search section to help users easily find the necessary folder.

Snap2HTML is very easy to use

You can use the exported file list in several ways. Here are some suggestions for using Snap2HTML:

  • Save the file list as an additional component for the backup. Note, however, that Snap2HTML does not back up files, only creates lists of files & directories.
  • Save the file on an external drive and another computer in case you need to look up the data but can't access it immediately.
  • Save the file list for future reference.
  • When helping your friends solve computer problems, you can ask them to send a snapshot of the folder to better understand the problem.
  • Put on the homepage and file links so partners and colleagues can browse files on the server.
