SpamPal identifies spam mail based on a list called DNSBL lists (stored and updated regularly on the internet). SpamPal keeps track of when you download mail to your computer and immediately filters out the 'shell and intestines', keeping the temporary (spam) shell in your computer for you to review when it's free. This is also useful because when you discover a spam message (filtered by SpamPal) is not a spam, you can whitelist to whitelist. SpamPal also has a blacklisting (blacklisting), if among filtered messages there is spam, you can go to Blacklisting to add the address of this message. You can block or ignore all mail coming from any domain. With SpamPal, you can speak clearly with Whitelisting or Blacklisting and at the next e-mail check SpamPal will follow your new rules. You can use both Spamihilator and SpamPal mail filtering programs.
The program works with POP3 mailboxes, combining well with Outlook, Outlook Express and Eudora.
