User manual

Step 1: Click download to download the Sparkle action for Photoshop.
Step 2: Open Photoshop> Windows> Action> Load Action.
Step 3: Open a new layer and type a name for the layer.
Step 4: Select the color you want to create effects and use the Brush tools to draw the area to create effects on the image.
