In-game currency

There are 2 currencies used in the game are coins and flowers.

Coins: The basic currency used to buy most in-game items. You can earn coins by collecting rent from bed bugs, from shops, banquet halls.

Factors in the game

Experience points (XP): You need to have XP to level up in the game. XP gauges and level indicators are displayed on the right side of the game screen. When the clock fills up, you will advance to the next level faster. Every job you complete will earn a certain amount of XP, the more expensive rooms give you more XP.

Tasks: The task icons are listed on the left side of the screen. Complete missions to help you grow your village and earn more coins, XP and level up faster.

Game settings: Touch the gear icon on the left side of the game screen. Here, you can move items, delete items, buy currencies and visit your neighbors to earn coins. You can also switch audio settings and learn more about the developers.

Notifications: At the beginning of the game, you will be asked if you want to send notifications to your phone. You will be notified when you collect rent or complete the construction.

Falling leaves

Every time you log into the game and visit your neighbor's village, you will see the leaves gently falling to the ground. Whenever you see the leaves, touch them because they will bring you 1 - 3 cents. Sometimes there are quests that require collecting a certain number of leaves.

Treasure chest

When you reach level 7, you will find treasure chests appearing randomly in the rooms. Treasure chests will blink and you need to touch them to collect the reward inside. You need to try not to skip any treasure chest because they often bring a lot of XP or coins in it.

Note: Sometimes you cannot open treasure chests unless you expand them. Once you have expanded and unlocked the area around the chest, you can touch and collect it.

Building a living environment

Tap Buggies is set up with 4 different environments for bed bugs to live and work. These habitats may increase with future game updates. At first, you can only have one tree and can only build in trees. After reaching level 3, you can unlock the meadow on the right of the tree. You can also unlock leafy areas when you reach level 6 and underground when you reach level 9.

Note: It will cost you a certain amount to unlock each area and need to wait a few seconds to a few hours when accessing it.

Each area has special rooms and shop items. Each room or store you build will bring a new bedbug to your village.

Ways to add buildings

To build, you need to touch the button in the building menu to go directly to the building menu or touch the button with the hammer icon in the lower right corner of the screen. In the building menu, you can choose from Bug Rooms, Kitchens, Kids, Staff, Party Rooms,
Fun Stuff. Touch the building you want to build. When deciding to buy a building, you need to check how much coins, XP, the building period, and that building was purchased with flowers or coins. If a newly added resident will be listed along the top near the butterfly icon.

Once selected, you will be returned to the main screen. The room of your choice will be sketched in the form of a shadow, using your finger to drag to the position you want to place it.

Collect coins from the room

Each room you build will bring in coins and XP for different periods of time that you can use to reinvest in building the village. When it's time to collect coins, you'll see a silver or gold coin symbol on the room. Just touch it to collect money and XP.

Try to collect money regularly to make the most money every day. As soon as you collect, the clock will count again until the next collection. If you want to know the amount of time left until the next gathering, just touch the room and it will show up at the top of the game screen. To increase the amount each time you collect, you can upgrade it.

Mission

Quests are an important part of the game and will guide you in spending as well as building. You can access the task list at any time by clicking on the icon on the left side of the screen.

Usually there will be 3 or more tasks listed at a time and need 1 - 3 steps to complete. You can see the completion rate near the title on the main menu. Most missions require you to buy something that will provide a direct link to where to buy it.

Heart balloons

At different times, you will see a heart symbol appear on a bedbug. The symbol indicates that another bug was visiting them. Touch the heart 2 or 3 times until it breaks. You will earn 1 heart point and money reward every time you touch the heart balloon.

Each type of aphid needs a certain number of heart points to complete the request for the book and earn huge rewards for coins, XP after completion.
