Manual steps:

Option 1: Restore WhatsApp messages, photos, videos, and contacts from backup files in iTunes

Step 1: Select the iTunes backup file to scan

When you launch Tenorshare WhatsApp Recovery on your computer, the program will automatically search all backup files in iTunes for you. On the right side of the interface, you will see the Backup option. From the pull-down menu, select the backup file you need.

Step 2: Preview messages and contacts in WhatsApp

On the main interface of the program, you will see 3 options: Chat , Contacts and Tips .

Preview WhatsApp Chats: The default option is Chat . After selecting the backup file in iTunes that you need, Tenorshare WhatsApp Recovery will display the chat history on the program interface. You can preview messages, photos, videos and other message attachments.

Preview Contacts: If you want to preview your contacts, just move on to Contacts at the top of the interface.

Step 3: Recover and export messages & contacts in WhatsApp to computer
