Just copy this small software suite to a USB flash drive and leave it there. Tiny USB Office 1.6 is a quite full office suite but the total capacity is only 2.8 MB so it is suitable for copying to USB in case of need. Tiny USB Office is completely free, compatible with all Windows, requires no installation and can be used on computers with extremely weak configurations. This is also one of the temporary solutions when software copyright issues are posed.

After downloading, extract to a new folder on your computer or USB, for example the folder is USB Office. At the first use, run the Qsel.exe file in the unzipped USB Office folder to create shortcuts for programs in this Office suite.

At the shortcut creation window, click New Item , enter the name for the Tiny USB Office program in Item text , select the path to the program in the Command section, click OK to complete a program shortcut. Proceed the same step to create shortcuts for the remaining programs.

Tiny USB Office office suite includes 15 office programs and tools:

- CSVed : a program to create, edit and manage databases, similar to Windows Access. CSVed can export to HTML, Excel, Word, XML formats .

- PixaMSN : instant messaging program, similar to MSN Messenger.

- NPopUK : email client program.

- HFS : The program supports acceleration of downloading file HTTP protocols.

- Kpad : a text editor program, with full format similar to WordPad.

- Ted : A simple text editor similar to Notepad.

- Eve : Graphic drawing program similar to Microsoft Paint software.

- FTP Wanderer : the program connects the computer with the host server according to the FTP protocol.

- 100Ziper: compression and decompression program, similar to Winzip.

- PDF Producer : a program to create pdf files from txt format.

- Spread32 : spreadsheet program, similar to Microsoft Excel.

- MemPad : program notes, personal memos.

- Dscrypt : an encryption program to secure data files.

- X-pass : program to detect lost passwords.

- dsDEL : the program supports deletion of 'stubborn' files.
