Step 1: Double-click the downloaded file TonidoLiteSetup.exe to install the software. You just need to Next> Next then Finish is done. Note: Some firewall or antivirus software may not allow you to install this program, but Tonido is not dangerous to your PC.

Step 4: To start sharing any file, click the [+] button before the My Computer icon and select the file to share. At the toolbar, click Tools / Manage Guest Users .

Next, click Add Guest User / Fill in the Group Name and Password for the group to create a new group. You can create multiple groups depending on the purpose of your work.

Step 7: To increase the security of shared files, set access permissions for the previously created user groups. How to do the following:

Click the My Shared Files button to review the files or folders you have shared with everyone. Click the User Access button to delegate authorized user groups.

 

At the end of this process, only the groups you select will have access to download the files. These groups are protected with the username and password you created in Step 6.
