Uranus

Uranus is an astronomy application for the iPhone or iPod Touch. The software will locate more than 100,000 stars, planets, suns, moons, galaxies, constellations, eclipses and more than 500 of the most important objects in the sky.

The sky is mapped and marked in real time using the device's built-in GPS feature to show when it appears right where you are. The night-vision mode of your choice helps make sure you get the chance to see the stars outside.

Touch: get information

Double-tap: Zoom in / out

Stretch / stretch: zoom in / out

Quick drag: move fast

Touch and hold, then drag: move

Touch and hold on the top of the screen: Change the display density

Touch and hold the last left corner of the screen: navigate using the accelerometer

Touch the bottom corner of the screen: access the settings
