Usage is also very simple. Click on the Video section and then the location of the video file you are about to convert. Then click on the Flash item to reposition the file. Section Quality helps you choose the quality of the output file, the quality of the flash file will be proportional to its size. The Frame rate section helps you choose the frame rate of the movie. Also Settings with 2 boxes Width and Height help you adjust the resolution of the flash file. Click the Start button to start your work.
