Viettel for Android phone charge

Software for calculating telephone charges of prepaid packages of Viettel. Support more Basic + postpaid packages.

Some new points of the application:

• Fix the error of not correctly identifying the network for 11-digit subscribers.
• Enhance the ability to select networks.
• Change icon.
• Increase accuracy when counting SMS.

Limit:

1. The amount of international outgoing calls is for reference only (incorrect).
2. Network promotions are not considered.
3. Priority packages in the region are only accurate for priority cases.
