When you want to see information of running processes, click the Process Detail tab.

- Lock suspicious files as viruses : The task of finding and removing viruses is of antivirus programs but with too new variants, it takes time to update the database. So, if you have identified a virus but cannot delete it, go to the Block Virus tab, type the name of the suspicious file, and click Add File to lock it.
