Visual Subst
This is a compact tool that helps you create virtual drives for frequently used folders that are too long to access data faster. If you do not use the virtual drive anymore, you can delete it easily without affecting the root directory.
After downloading, installing and activating the program, VS's interactive interface will appear. Click on the magnifying glass icon to point to the path of the folder where you want to create the virtual drive and select OK . Next, select a drive letter that you want to assign to this folder from the list in the next box, check the Apply virtual drives on Windows startup option if you want the virtual drive mentioned above. The motion is activated every time you open the computer. Finally, click the green button to complete the mapping for the selected folder. From now on, whenever you want to quickly access the folder, you just need to open the drive with the corresponding name in My Computer.
To delete a virtual drive created for the directory, on the program window, click on the corresponding virtual drive name from the list in the interface and then click the orange slash icon. .
