How to make a call with WePhone:

Method 1:

• Select the country you want to call by clicking the corresponding flag.
• Press the numeric keypad to enter the phone number, the phone number must contain city or district code. Do not add the country code before the phone number.
• Click the Call button to start the call. During a call, you can record content by pressing the REC button.

Method 2:

• Enter "00" + "country code" + "city code" + "phone number" to make international calls; or.
• Enter "+" + "country code" + "city code" + "phone number".

For example: 0049162222222 or +49162222222.

Standard, Gold, VIP service packages and callback features:

To meet the growing needs of customers around the world, WePhone service has been divided into different packages depending on the quality of voice and charges.

Standard package has good service quality and the cheapest price. Gold package with high voice quality and competitive fee. VIP package with high voice quality, more advanced features and competitive price compared to the market.

The callback service (Callback) does not require a network connection after the callback, the voice quality is more stable and the rate of the callback is charged. However, you must use a regular phone number to receive calls from this service. WePhone allows easy transfer between service packs in the Info tab of the application.

Bandwidth (Internet speed) required:

WePhone works with bandwidth with transmission speed of over 16 kbps , equivalent to 1MB / minute. Please switch to WiFi network if your 3G or EDGE connection speed is low.

If you use 3G network, you will be charged data from the network or other additional charges.

How to make a call with the callback function:

• Select Callback service pack on Info tab.
• Click "Set Callback Phone No. List" in Info tab, add and select the phone number you want to receive calls from.
• Select the country and enter the destination number in the Keypad card, press the Call button to make a call.
• Wait for the call to come to your phone with the pre-selected phone number and connect as usual.

You can schedule a callback feature by clicking "Initiate a Callback" on the Info tab, compared to the Callback service pack, which allows to start the callback feature after a set amount of time.

Record a call:

Call recording feature is completely free and unlimited recording time , to start recording, press the REC button after starting the call, you will see the recording file in the Recordings tab.

Currently the recording function does not support incoming and redial calls.

Number displayed on the listener:

If you have not set a phone number to display, the call recipient will see the number 17777777777 or other random numbers.

After setting the phone number displayed (on the Info tab) and authenticated, they will see the number you have installed. The WePhone service encourages users to switch to the VIP plan because the caller ID is not displayed on services other than VIP.

How to set the number displayed:

• Access Info tab.
• Click the "Set Your Phone Number" or "Set Display Phone Number".
• Following the instructions on it, you need to enter the phone number you are currently using and still valid to assign the displayed number, from which the service can send you an authentication code.
• After authentication, the listener will see your phone number on the screen and can call you back.This feature is only supported on VIP packages.

International roaming charges are not charged:

WePhone service only uses the Internet, so the network operator will not charge calls per minute as traditional calling. However, when you use 3G or 4G network abroad, you will be charged roaming internationally (this fee is quite high), so should connect to WiFi to make calls with the cheapest price.

How to pay for topup cards on iOS devices:

To buy a recharge card on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you only need an Apple iTunes account to log in, then navigate to the system-wide settings and Store menu.

You will use your iTunes account (linked to your credit card account) to purchase a WePhone recharge card. The steps to buy a recharge card are simple and safe:

• Access the 'Buy Credits In App' section of your account card within the app.
• Click the item you want to buy.
• Confirm purchase.
• Enter your Apple iTunes account and password to complete the transaction.

In later versions, payment service via Paypal will be integrated into WePhone to make it easier for users to buy calling cards.
