WinBubbles is a completely free utility that allows users to easily customize important settings on Windows Vista systems. But now with the latest version WinBubbles Lite 2009, the program supports both the latest operating system of Microsoft Windows 7.

The program has been updated and can be used for customizations and settings in Windows 7. In addition to these customizations and settings, you can also apply restrictions to other users on Windows 7 such as : Add options to the right-click menu, change UAC settings, customize screensaver .

Main functions of WinBubbles Lite 2009:

- Add or change logos and information of the original manufacturer.

- Customize your own style of manufacturer's logo and accompanying information.

- Change or customize the desktop of Windows 7.

- Change information about the owner.

- Add notifications before logging in.

- Customize the Bubbles Saver screen.

- Add 'Move To' and 'Copy To' commands to the right-click Menu.

- Add the command 'Opened with Notepad' to the right-clicking menu.

- Add the commands 'Hide this file' and 'Hide this Folder' to the right-click menu - only available for Admin accounts.

- Disable Folder Option option (need to Logoff again in Windows 7 when applicable).

- Disable Regedit.

- Disable CMD.exe.
