How to use the program:

Part 1: How to transfer contacts, messages, music, photos, etc. between phones

Step 1: Launch the software and connect the two devices to the Mac

First, launch Wondershare MobileTrans for Mac on Mac. Then use USB to connect your two devices to the Mac. The devices here can be an Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Once recognized, the device will display in the program window.

Step 2: Move data from one device to the phone with just one click

As you can see, the data you transfer will be listed in the middle, such as: contacts, text messages, photos, music, etc. Just click on the one you want and click the Start Copy button. The data transfer process will begin. You must make sure not to disconnect both devices. When done, press OK and the data will be available on your target device.

Part 2: How to back up data in Android or iDevice phone to computer

First, launch Wondershare MobileTrans for Mac on Mac. Use a USB to connect the phone or tablet you want to back up data from to the Mac.

In the main window, press the Back Up Your Phone button to display the backup window. As you can see, your phone will be displayed in the left panel. Click on the data you backed up and then click the Start Copy button.

Part 3: How to recover your phone from a saved backup

After running MobileTrans on Mac, you can connect your phone or tablet to the Mac. Click the Restore from Backups button -> Restore . You will get a drop-down menu that asks you to select an archived backup. You can choose MobileTrans Backup, Blackberry Backup or iTunes Backups.
