You can surf more safely with WOT, short for "Web of Trust." WOT helps automatically compile previously verified safety reports to determine the credibility of a website. The ranking criteria are based on the following 4 factors:

The WOT evaluates a site's trust score based on user reviews.
• General reliability : Based on user reviews
• Supplier reliability : Users may underestimate a page if it was built by a less reputable developer (Although this section does not refer to non-commercial sites, some people still want to use it to rate these sites based on the usefulness of the information provided by these pages)
• Privacy : Rate this item based on factors such as: How well these pages protect personal data.
• Child safety : A site with lots of adult images and languages ​​can be underestimated by users.

The first time you visit a site that has been rated by WOT users as safe, a blue circle will be highlighted on the top right of the screen. When you visit a site in question, you will receive a WOT warning message, including explaining why this site has been marked as an untrusted site.
In addition, you can also give your rating of the website's reliability by clicking the WOT button on the Safari toolbar.
