Yahoo toolbar has features such as a search box, a button to block pop-up ads and shortcuts of Yahoo Internet services such as e-mail, calendar, notepad, and game. Especially, it also has an online music player Launch.

When users surf the web, spyware and ads are usually automatically loaded onto their systems without consent. They will then perform many unexpected actions, such as monitoring users' web exploits and launching pop-up advertising programs.

After scanning the toolbar will list the programs it finds, categorize and provide information about them. It then gives advice on malicious programs for users to remove them immediately.
