Step 1: After downloading, plug the memory card into the card reader or connect the camera to a computer to run the program. However, every time you run this program, the antivirus software installed on your computer will send a warning to you but you can disable this warning or temporarily turn off the antivirus program while performing image recovery.

Step 2: The Zero Assumption Recovery window appears, click the Next button to continue.

Step 3: At the next dialog, select Recover images from the digital camera memory card and click Next .

Step 4: Select your memory card from the list of drives that appear in the conversation and click Next .

Step 5: At this time, ZAR will scan the memory card to find recovery files. This process may take a long time, depending on the size of the memory card and the number of images.

Step 6: ZAR will display a list of files that can be restored. It is best to press ROOT to select all images. Then click Next .

Step 7: Go to the Destination to select where you want to save the photos to recover. But remember to not select a memory card to save the images you are looking for. Click Start to start copying the selected files.

Step 8: Finally, click the Exit button to exit the program. Open the saved folder again to check the restored images.
