ZIM SMS Chat 1.0

If you think only two computers can chat with each other, ZIM SMS Chat will make you have to change this mindset.This is a program that allows you to chat with your mobile phone from your computer, delivered simpler and easier to use than other SMS programs.

After installation, there will be an icon on the desktop.To properly declare the parameters, your computer must be connected to the Internet.If you are using the program for the first time, you must create a user account by clicking Create Account .

In the dialog box that appears, select the country name Vietnam. In the Email box, type your email address, and enter the password for the program in the Password box. You can also type your mobile phone number into the Mobile Phone Number box .

After the declaration is complete, you will have a ZIM account ID. You should choose a nick name by typing in the Nick Name box in the Profile section.

Create a list of people to send to:

In the main window of the program, select File> Add Contact . In the window that appears, you enter the full name in the box Full Name , Nick Name in the box below and the most important last is the mobile phone number (must type the full country code. For example: 84913442085, no need to type 0).

You can also insert a person's photo for easy identification later by clicking Select Image and selecting the image on the hard disk (jpg, png, gif). Contact names after the declaration will be in the My Contacts section .

In case you want to create a group of people, choose File> Add Group, give the group a name. Right-click on the group name you just created, select Add Contact and declare it as above.

Start chatting:

Double click the name of the person you want to chat in My Contacts , the editing window will appear. You can choose the font and font size. Type the text to message in the white box below the line 144 chars remaining.

If you want the program to compress the text before sending it, select the Compress Text check box . After writing, press Send to send. To use canned messages , click on the Abb button, and in the drop-down list, select a previous sentence.

The program also applies Text to Speech technology. So if you're busy working with other programs, check Tools> Speak Incoming Messages to let the program automatically 'read' your message.

Automatically send a message when the specified time:

The program has an additional nice feature that automatically sends messages or reminders when the specified time. Select Tools> Reminders .

In the dialog box that appears, select New Reminder . In the Reminder dialog box, in the When section, choose the date and time.

In the Send to section, select the name of the person you want to send content to.Finally type the message content in the Message box.
