Delete the account:

If you want to turn off the Between for iOS service with your 'half', you need to disconnect from the other person first. The disconnect button in the Between app is located in More> profile.

After disconnecting, both of you will lose access to data shared on the social network Between and be directed to the connection screen. At this time you cannot edit the data.

Once disconnected, you can choose to permanently delete all data by deleting your Between account. After deleting the personal account, data will not be stored if you reconnect with the opponent. Click the button below to start the process again.

Change the ID on the Between service:

Users can change their ID on the Between service support website in the account section> change Between ID. Enter the current ID and corresponding password and the new ID you want to change.

If you cannot remember your password, please send the information below to Email address feedback@vcnc.co.kr from the Email address you want to use as the ID on Between. Between customer service will support you after confirming your request with your partner. In the Email fill: Current ID, new ID and ID of the other friend.

Note: The new ID must be an ID that has never been registered on the Between service. The friend's ID must be a valid Email address.

Error forgot personal password:

If you accidentally forgot the Between password, you can reset it on the Between support website under Accounts> find the Between password. Enter the email address you used to register on this social network, then you will receive an email with a link to reset your password (within 3 hours).

If the link is not sent or is broken, please respond to feedback@vcnc.co.kr from the Email address registered with Between.

If your Email address is incorrect, please send the information below to feedback@vcnc.co.kr from the Email address you want to use as the ID on Between. Between customer service will support you after confirming your request with your partner. In the Email fill: Current ID, new ID and ID of the other friend.

Note: The new ID must be an ID that has never been registered on the Between service. The friend's ID must be a valid Email address.

Error connecting to the enemy:

Between Social Network requires both of you to send a connection request within 24 hours to the other person using the correct phone number.

• After registration, please enter both correct phone numbers to request connection.
• If the service is unavailable after a certain period of time, please refresh the request with the Refresh button in the top right corner.
• You can also cancel and request to reconnect at any time.

If the connection does not work after the above operations, please send the email address you and your partner used to register on Between as well as your personal phone number (including country code) to the address feedback@vcnc.co.kr for help.

If you are already connected to your friend, you do not need to request to reconnect. Please log out and log back in with the ID code and the corresponding password. Users can check their IDs on the Between app of both in the More> profile.

Reconnecting an account cannot be performed after either of you has deleted the account. You both need to re-register with your new ID and request to connect with each other again. You can also back up data after the backup feature is enabled if either account is still active and active.

Error not getting push notification:

Please check the Between notification setting in More> general settings. Also, check that the notification settings on the device have been set correctly to display notifications from the Between social network.

If set up correctly but you still cannot see any message, there are a few other errors that have caused this situation:

Use on many devices:

If you log in between accounts from multiple devices, a push notification will be sent to the latest device used to log in between.Please log out and log back in to your main device to get push notification setup. The logout button is in settings> profile. All data stored on Between will be restored automatically.

Unstable 3D network:

Social Network Between uses and trusts Apple and Google push notification servers, however sometimes notifications are lost because of unstable 3D network.

If this error continues to appear, please log out and log back in on the main device to re-register your device and receive the correct push notification.

Termination of service between 2 people:

Data shared on Between will be hidden, but will remain stored for up to 30 days. If you reconnect during this period, you can restore valuable memories between the two. However, after 30 days, all data will be deleted by default and you have to start creating and sharing everything from scratch.

If you want to erase the data completely, you can do so after disconnecting from the opponent. Please visit the Support website on the Between website, go to the account section and select delete account. After reading the instructions, please enter your ID with the password to delete your personal account. Users should note that, you will not be able to access the Between service and restore the connection after the account has been completely deleted. Therefore, it is necessary to consider carefully before making a final decision.

How to reconnect with the enemy:

If you want to reconnect with the other person, please send a request to connect with the same account ID. Between service will determine your account has been connected before. If the reconnect request is sent within 30 days of disconnection, you can choose to restore previous shared content or delete buttons if you want to refresh all information (all data). old will be deleted). After 30 days, all data will be deleted by default and you need to start creating and sharing memories from scratch.

If either of you has deleted your account, data recovery cannot be done. The person who deleted the account needs to register again to establish a new connection with the opponent's account, and start sharing memories from the beginning.
