Cell Tracker for Android

Keep track of the places you visit with the Cell Tracker for Android app. No GPS needed, completely free and no hidden surcharges.

Location information will not be sent outside the application. It is only used to show the places you have been. Therefore, there are no issues related to privacy.

Use the Cell Tracker application to track your device's current location. Keep track of all the places you've visited in the past few days with your Android device. To check the location you have visited, the user must open the application and click on ' View Now '. No need to turn on GPS. This application works even without GPS. Cell Tracker for Android collects location information every 30 minutes via GPRS / Wi-Fi, thus affecting the battery life is minimized.

Note: " Use Wireless Location " in Settings -> Location needs to be enabled for the application to collect the device's location.

When using this application for the first time, it will take about 10 minutes to receive location information. Besides, there will be a tolerance of about 100 meters in some areas.

How it works:

Install apps.

Check the box to enable device tracking. This app will then collect location information using GPRS or Wi-Fi every 30 minutes.

Click on the ' View Now ' link in the application and you will see the track (the places you have visited) on the Google Map.

Users can choose to disable location information collection by unchecking in the main screen of the application.

Users can delete saved location information by selecting ' Clear data ' in the selection menu.

Permission to use:

• Location filtering (network-based): Use to calculate the longitude and latitude of the phone.
• Access to the Internet: Used to view Google Map and display ads.
• Read phone status and identity: Required by ad network.
• Auto start with phone: Required to start collecting location information of the phone after the device reboots.

Cell Tracker for Android new version update:

• The application now displays the exact location on the map. Accurate values ​​can be as far as 500 meters (without GPS turned on).
• Users can switch between dates to display tracking in Map View. No need to go back to the List view to change the date.
