How to add friends:

From the Contacts tab in Coco, you can invite friends whose phone number is in the contact list.

Coco allows adding friends via QR codes , clicking Add by ID and selecting Scan QR Code then pointing the camera at the friends' QR codes in that menu. After the scan is successful, your friend's profile page will appear, allowing instant friend requests.

If you know your friend's Coco ID, you can click Add by Coco ID to enter their ID and add it to the list. After finding the ID code, their profile page will appear for you to send friend requests.

How to set up a personal profile:

Users can customize their Coco profile right after activating the application. You can edit your name, gender, birthday, change your password and add a short description of yourself within 140 characters.

To update your profile settings, navigate to More and click Name and Profile Picture . Open your profile page and display your current information. Coco allows setting the name, changing the About Me description and updating the password.

Note: Personal information in Coco records such as phone numbers and birthdays are kept private. Only when your phone number is in their contacts will friends be able to view this information field.

How to invite contacts to use Coco:

In the latest Coco version, you can organize contacts and invite them to use the Coco service. Contacts are divided into Coco Contacts and Contacts by following these steps:

• Independent invitation: press the Contacts tab and select the Contacts option.Here you will see separate contacts not using Coco.Choose any number to invite to use Coco via SMS.
• Invite multiple users: navigate to the Tell a friend tab, select one or more contacts to send SMS invites to use Coco. Then click Done in the top right corner of the screen, or the Invite to Coco button below.

Share photos, locations, and business cards:

Allow sharing photos, locations and business cards with friends by pressing the '+' button from any chat window.

• Photos: send up to 10 compressed images or full size from your phone.
• Camera: take photos and send directly.
• Location: send current location or select favorite place on the map.
• Business cards: introduce a Coco contact to others.

Find nearby chat groups:

Coco has just launched the new Groups Nearly feature , a new way to connect with users around you. To join a nearby group:

• Access the Social and Groups Nearby tabs.
• Find a group you want to join and request access if it's still open.Each user can only join up to 10 groups.
• Get notified if the request to join is accepted and approved by the group creator.
• The group you join will be listed on the Groups Nearby page, accessible from the Chats tab.
• Leave a group report if you encounter an error.You can leave the group at any time by pressing the Leave Group button.You can also report the group, but need to explain why you want to report this group error.The heavily reported group will be removed from Coco.

How to create a private chat group:

• From theChats tab , click the Composeiconin the top right corner and select from the list.Scroll the list or search by name.
• From the chat window available, click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen and click Add .

You can also invite users to join a chat group by sharing a QR code. From the chat setup page, click Group QR Code. QR code will be generated on the screen. Press the '.' button to save the code to the phone, then share via social networks, Email, SMS .

Handling forgotten passwords:

If you are logged into Coco, go to More > profile> change password. You can change your password here.

If you have logged out of Coco and verified your phone number, you can access the login screen> press forgot password and choose reset via SMS, follow the instructions to reset your password and log in.

Use Shake Shake feature:

This social networking feature allows users to connect with other people who are also using Shake Shake. Access the Social tab, open Shake Shake and start shaking. After stopping the shake of the phone, you will see a list of users who have also performed this operation. Open your profile and send greetings to get acquainted.

Users can also choose to view the gender of the other person in the settings, see the information of the sender greeting in the message just received and decide whether to accept them to Coco list.
