DeskTask - Manage email, calendar, tasks

Besides the main function of managing email, Outlook also has two other useful functions: calendar and work, which are also highly appreciated by many users. However, to keep track of schedules and to-do tasks, instead of having to directly access Outlook as before, DeskTask now supports it.

After the installation is complete, the utility automatically connects to your Outlook client, collects information in the calendar (calendar / to-do list) and tasks ( to-do list ) and displays them on the default Desktop on the sidebar. left, but you can easily drag them to another location on the screen.

Besides the calendar and task, the DeskTask can also display the to-do list set in Outlook ( Folder task) .

To set options, right-click the DeskTask icon in the system tray and select Option to open the settings panel. The Calendar and Task tabs help you set the display types of objects in these two sections. These options, whenever you select or deselect, can view the results in the adjacent preview pane for easier visualization, so that you have the appropriate option.

The Display tab helps set up more detailed options for DeskTask display. The Advanced tab provides a number of advanced options, you can explore the features of these 2 cards yourself.

Besides, when right-clicking on the icon of DeskTask, you can also use options like Hide desktop windows (hide desktop screen) or Lock windows ( temporarily lock Windows) .
