FileQuery - Search information faster

FileQuery will provide additional options for quick search from the right-clicking menu.

When we encounter a strange file, the usual solution is to search the web for information about this file such as the function and the application that can open it. To search for information about unknown and unknown file types, open your browser and type the appropriate keywords such as file name and data format into the search box.

A nice feature of this application is that it can search for information through forums.

During the installation of FileQuery, you will be given options to select a search engine or default music and movie sites for the application. Supported options include Google, Yahoo, A9 and Ixquick for general search, IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, MRQE and Hollywood.com for exploring movies. Finally there are options Discogs.com, Music.com, Gemm.com and BBC.co.uk for you to search for music information.

You can also add the appropriate data format so that the application automatically filters the search results.

Once FileQuery has been installed, you will be able to perform quick searches for unfamiliar file types, movies, or favorite songs from the right-click menu. This will save you a lot of time by not having to open up your browser, go to search sites and type in keywords.
