- Analysis of event logs including SNMP traps, W3C records, SQL Server, Oracle audit records, and Syslog.

- The control panel consists of filterable tables to help the admin quickly and easily access the necessary data.

- GFI EventsManager improves alert level for important events or intrusions detected on the network.

- Display network security status and produce better compliance reports by integrating key information provided by GFI LanGuard and GFI EndPointSecurity.

- GFI EventsManager has a certificate for the status of 'Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2' and can be installed, collecting events from Windows 7, Vista and 2008.

- Support for monitoring systems and devices in a wider range through logs and analysis including Windows events, Syslog, W3C and SNMP traps generated by network sources.

- It is possible to process logs created by IBM iSeries system through a third tool capable of collecting IBM iSeries logs (AS / 400) from IBM servers and then sending them to GFI EventsManager in Syslog format .

- GFI EventsManager can be configured by automatically detecting computers from the system or automatically syncing groups of computers with computers from multiple domains.

- Support SQL server auditing of all free and commercial versions of SQL Server including 2000, 2005, 2008, MSDE and SQL Express.

- You can collect event data from installing GFI EventsManager on many sites and locations through your network to the central database using the Database Operations function.

- Scan records allow you to configure event log tracking rules to be applied to a specific computer or group of computers.

- Record information stored in files can be entered into SQL Server database as needed.

- Can export events from the browser in HTML format based on customizable templates.
