Using GreenCloud Printer is also very simple. Select a document or web page containing the content you want to print then click the Print button on the toolbar or press Ctrl + P to open the Print dialog box. On the Print dialog box, select GreenCloud as the main printer and then click OK to confirm. As soon as you click the OK button, GreenCloud's working window will appear allowing you to preview the content to print.

On the GreenCloud window, you can add or remove pages by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click on the same icon to finalize adding or removing functions. The main attraction of GreenCloud is that it allows you to save ink by replacing color text with a gray text.

GreenCloud automatically detects color documents on a page and then replaces it with grayscale before sending the print job to a printer. You can also turn off this feature if you wish, however, you should not do so because gray text will make it easier to see them.

GreenCloud also allows you to save the contents of printed pages as a PDF file and allow them to be emailed, sent to service sites like Google Docs and Dropbox right from the preview window. Besides, you can also enable the duplex printing feature if you wish to print on both sides of the paper. Note, not all printers support duplex printing.
