LatencyMon

LatencyMon is a utility that can check if a system running Windows is suitable for real-time audio mode. The program uses DPC measurement method and ISR execution time as well as pagefault (the interruption occurs when a program requests data but the data is not in real memory). It provides a comprehensive report and finds kernel modules and processes that cause this unnecessary delay. The program also provides the functions of an ISR monitor, DPC monitor and hard pagefault monitor. LatencyMon helps display the execution time of each ISR, DPC routine and hard pagefault, fix these problems for the driver and the processes responsible for executing them. In addition it can generate comprehensive reports but will also present all the discrete data in the most detailed form to allow users to perform in-depth analysis.
