MBW - Tape calculation software

MBW is an automation software analyzing the design of reinforced concrete foundation foundation that gives the final result of construction engineering drawings, and can also perform cross-sectional analysis of beam structure.

I. FUNCTION OF THE SOFTWARE

1. Enter the data

- Interactive graphical user interface allows to zoom in, zoom out, adjust view, select components in a flexible way.

Users can edit input data in the program's learning environment easily.

- Sample of structure diagram according to the rectangular grid.

- Full range of geometric cross sections of girder components such as rectangular sections, T-shaped, I-shaped and box-shaped sections.

- Data on the ground can be described as a ground coefficient (according to the Wincle background model) or automatically determined by the program. At that time, users need to include detailed data on the rational characteristics of the soil layers.

- Considering the effect bar load in the form of distributed load or ear load effect.

- Automatically determine the load itself of the components.

- Provides 3 methods to get the combination coefficient flexibly: by name of load case, by load group and direct input.

- Full design parameters according to design standards of reinforced concrete with girder components.

2. Design analysis

- In case of elastic bar system, the program automatically determines the ground coefficient in two ways: basement stress / settlement method or Bowles method.

- Analysis and calculation of internal force of glacial foundation structure or beam system intersecting according to Finite element method.

- Combining internal forces, determining internal force contours for each component.

- Designing reinforced concrete beam structures according to TCVN 5574-91

3. Express the results

- The graphical environment shows calculation results such as structural diagrams, loads, displacements, internal force diagrams (bending moment, shear force, torque), diagram of reinforced steel area.

- View and print detailed results for each node and each element in the graphical interface.

- Complete reports on the internal force of the rod elements, displacements of the buttons, the design results of reinforced concrete structures, steel pipe inspection results.

- Automatic arrangement of reinforcement in bar components of reinforced concrete foundation system, allowing to edit drawings in the drawing design environment of the program, creating drawings of tape foundation system including foundation plan, limb details of foundation beams, cross-sections and steel statistic tables.Drawings shown fully, ensuring the structural requirements, can export drawings to AutoCAD.
