You have a message that you want to send to a group of people you know at the same time to save effort and to 'secret'. You do not want any of them to know that you have sent the same information to others (each of you will think that information is only known to you alone).To do this, you can use the program Mihov Mail Sender.

This is a very simple and easy-to-use email client, requiring no complicated configuration, you just need to enter the SMTP mail server account information, the recipient address, the message content, and then send is done. In addition, it provides a number of other useful functions, help you quickly complete a letter to send and manage the mail you have sent is more convenient and easier.

Note: When sending a message, if you see the Connect Failed message, please review the account information entered.

+ Enter mail account information:

Each time you run the program, you will be asked to enter your mail account information (if you have not previously entered it). In the Settings window (you can also open this window by clicking the Change user settings button in the program window), enter the following information: Your Name (your first and last name), E-mail Address (address) e-mail address provided to you by the mail server), Outgoing mail Server (mail server address), User Name (username of your mail server mailbox). Left the other information, you keep the same as the program was to default, and then click OK.

+ Mail: In the program window, enter the following:

- To: Enter the address of the people who will receive your mail, each time you enter an address, press the Enter key. If you already enter those addresses in a text file, select it by clicking the File / Open recipients file menu (or clicking the Open the file with a list of addresses) button. Note, when you write the addresses in the file, each address should be on a single line.

- Add attachment: Click this button immediately to select an attachment if available.

- Subject: Enter a subject of the message.

- Send message as: Choose the type of mail to send, normal text (text) or HTML format.

- In the box below, type the details of the message to send. You can also retrieve content from a prepared text file by clicking the File / Open message file menu (or from the Open the file with message body button).

After entering the information for the letter, click File / Send message menu (or click the Send the message to the recipients button) to send the message. You will see a message showing that the message is being sent to each recipient, who receives it will notify OK.

In addition, you can perform other functions of the program from the File menu such as: Preview HTML message (preview of message content in HTML format), Clear recipient list (delete the list of recipient addresses in the current message) ), Save recipient list (save the current recipient's address list), Save message (save all current mail contents), How to import address book from Outlook (import address list from Outlook).
