Record in 3 easy steps

Users can record, remix and share their recordings in 3 steps. If you want to sound more professional, do not forget to use the reverberation effect with one-touch operation, as simple as applying filters to the image.

• Internet connection is required when using nana, but WiFi network will give the best experience thanks to the fast and stable connection.

Basic usage:

For iOS users, you can listen to tracks and songs shared by others, but you don't need to register for an account. However, to record or comment and interact with other nana users, please register an account with the simple process. Just enter the username at the Me tab to create new.

How to coordinate with others:

If you find a good post and want to collaborate with that user, work together through one simple step.

Open the recording you want to join, press the gray microphone button at the bottom. The recording process will take place similar to when you performed alone.

• Press the circle button to start recording, press again after the recording is completed.
• The effect screen will appear after recording.Here you can replay what you just presented and edit by adding custom sound effects.
• Click OK when you're satisfied with this recording.On the next screen, enter your title and stage name.
• Select the type of instrument or supporting medium you just used in the recording, such as vocal, guitar .
• Write a short description to introduce your performance.Click Done to finish.

Note: you should use headphones to hear your performance clearly instead of using the device's external speakers.

How to record and share:

Recording on nana service is extremely simple with 3 steps:

• Click the Record button to start recording.The trick is: if you're a professional singer, look for nana on a solo recording of the song you're going to sing.You can find great remixes to use and choose from.
• Recording is easy.Touch the round button in the lower left corner of the screen to get started.The nana app allows recording up to a maximum of 90 seconds.You can change the volume by changing the loudness of the microphone.Press the circle button again after recording.
• Click OK on the Effect screen after applying sound effects and be satisfied with the recording.
• In the next screen, enter the name of the performer and the performer.Press the circle button in the lower right corner to select the support that is the main voice, guitar, piano .

Learn about Now Playing cards:

In the latest version of iOS, the new Now Playing card has been added. When you open this card, you will see a list of newly played recordings. Recordings are automatically added to Now Playing when you listen from Feeds or My Page .

In addition, nana users can fast-forward songs by moving the music bar. If you want to delete this list, click the Clear button in the top right corner. Click the Details button to see more about the song currently playing.

Home Card:

If you want to learn more about nana, open the Home tab. At this screen, everything shared on nana will be listed as a time list from old to newest. nana allows moving Feed by pressing the name of the top tab.

• The Home Feed includes recordings shared in your language.
• Friend Feed includes a recording of the people you are following.
• Latest Sounds is the share around the world.
• Discover includes rankings and featured topics.

Me Card:

Tab Me is equivalent to a profile page. Here you can listen to your own recordings and watch your watchlist or you are following.

Click the bell button in the top right corner of the Me tab to see your interactions with other nana users. The wheel button in the top left corner is the settings button, which allows to change account settings.

How to delete the performance on nana:

Go through 3 steps to delete:

• Access the playback screen of the recording you need to delete.
• Press the 3-dot button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Click Delete to remove from nana.

Learn about copyright:

• nana is a licensed service and only allows songs you sing.
• Only post the track for yourself playing with the instrument.
• Only play music played by users using MIDI, DTM, Vocaloid and other music software applications.
• Note, it is illegal to use audio directly from a CD.

nana does not accept:

• The recording is used from CDs, DVDs, iTunes or other music downloading services.
• You sing along with remixes from CDs, DVDs, iTunes or other music download services.
• You sing on the background of karaoke obtained from CDs, DVDs, iTunes or other music downloading services.
• You sang with a mix that has not been registered on JASRAC (Japan).
• You sing along with the remix from the web.
• You sing on remixes created by other people outside of nana.
