Online enrollment service

In the school year 2019-2020, Hanoi Department of Education and Training still applies the online admission method for Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 6 as in previous years. Accordingly, parents can sit at home and still register their children for admission.

Of course, there is also a way to apply directly at the school, for parents who do not know about information technology can still register.

Early online enrollment calendar for 2018

• Enrollment in Preschool: From July 1, 2019 to July 3, 2019.
• Admissions to grade 1: From June 16, 2019 to June 19, 2019.
• Admissions to grade 6: From July 7, 2019 to July 9, 2019.

Instruction online enrollment top level

Step 1: To register enrollment for your child, on the main interface, just click on Enrollment registration.

Step 2: Select the type of enrollment registration as:

• Admitting 5-year-old children to Kindergarten in the school year 2019-2020.
• Admission to the first grade of the school year 2019 - 2020.
• Admission to grade 6 for the academic year 2019 - 2020.

Step 3: Enter the registration code and password , click Find or Enter button to get student information on the form. Then complete the necessary information in the online form.

Step 4: After filling in the information, click the Continue button to move to the next step.

Step 5: When checking the correct information, enter the verification code and click Submit information to confirm online enrollment.

 

Step 6: The system will then say "Successful enrollment" , showing enrollment information, student registration code. Parents click the Finish button to finish the system and send information to the email registered above.

Step 7: If you want to print the form, click the Print information button .

Conditions for early-level online enrollment

• Electronic devices with Internet connection: Computers, tablets, smartphones.
• Contact email : Personal email or email from others.
• Online enrollment code: In order to enroll students in grades 1 and 6, there must be an enrollment code issued by the Preschool, Primary School for the school year 2019 - 2020.
• Each parent code can only be registered once.

It is convenient that now with just an Internet connection, parents can register enrollment for their children anytime, anywhere very simple and convenient.
