Instructions for use RegRun Reanimator

Step 1 : Save the reanimator.zip file to your hard drive.

Step 2 : Extract the file to any folder on the hard drive.

Step 3 : Open ReanimatorStart.exe and install.

Step 4 : Click Next .

Step 5 : Click Send Report .

Wait a few seconds.

Step 6 : Select Yes . Then click ' OK '.

Step 7 : Wait for the Greatis Software Support Center to connect via the Internet browser.

Step 8 : Fill out the form above.

Click Browse and find " regrunlog.txt " on the computer.

Do not paste the content of regrunlog.txt directly into the Message box. Please describe your problem in detail in this box.

Step 9 : You will receive a confirmation in your personal email. You can then log into the Support Center using your Ticket ID and email address.

Step 10 : You will receive a response from Greatis Software Support Team within 1-2 days.
