After successful installation, the language selection window will appear. Select the language to use> click Next . Set up for SafeCopy automatic backup

After the account registration step, you need to select the data to back up according to the 3 available options, including:

- My Documents : Back up data on the desktop, in the My Document folder and data backup folder of some other applications.

- Single Folder : Put backed up data into a single folder.

- Custom : Select an arbitrary directory to backup data

By default, the application will ignore files larger than 200 MB when backing up. To change this feature, click Advanced . On the Advanced Configuration window, change the size of the skipped file in Skip files bigger than (MB).

Immediately, SafeCopy will automatically start backing up data from folders and settings created. Later, when the established folder has any changes, SafeCopy will make an immediate backup to keep the new data safe.

Data sharing

With SafeCopy, you can share data for others to download directly easily. On the backup window, click the Share button on the left of the interface> select the file to share. Then, the web browser will open with the email content you will send, enter the recipient's email in the Send to box, enter the subject of the email in Re . And the content of the email has been prepared in the Message box, but you can edit it as you want before sending, but must keep the inner path.

If you need to set a download password, check Protects access to sharing with a password > enter the password in the box that appears. The service provides the ability to limit the validity of the path in the Valid for section with the values ​​1 Day (one day), 1 Week (one week) and Unlimited (no limit).
