SmartSerialMail - Send bulk emails by list

Sometimes, for business purposes or for advertising announcements, you need to send mass emails to a lot of people on a predefined list. You can use the Cc or Bcc feature of the email service to do this. However, when your list of email recipients is very long, normal email services can't help you. With Smart Serial Mail, you can send emails according to a predefined list but not limited to sending email, and you can also manage sending emails in bulk more easily.

In Vietnam, hosts only allow you to send 600 emails in 60 minutes. If this number is exceeded, your emails may be considered spam and put on the spam list. Email services also have a limit on the number of emails that can be sent in a given day (for example, Gmail has 1,000 emails per day). Therefore, if you intend to use this tool to be a spammer, it is very easy to be blocked.

You can use the SmartSerialMail software, which allows you to send automated emails to a large number of recipients. Emails can be sent over 64 simultaneous connections to make optimal use of your Internet connection. You can import an address book from Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel or from a text file.

In the program's interface, note the items numbered 1 to 6 in the left column. These sections help you set up each feature, each with its own unique buttons that appear at the top, in their respective tabs.

First, you need to set up personal information and email for the software by clicking on item 1. Profile in the left column. An automatic dialog box appears. In this dialog, the Your Name section you enter your name will be stored in the profile, the E-mail Address you enter your email address and click Next .

The software will then automatically search for your email server via an Internet connection. Once the software has connected and logged into the server, click Next > to continue.

Then, you need to enter the username (of the email service you registered) and enter the password of this email account twice in the corresponding fields and then click Next .

The software will automatically identify the email address you enter to identify the SMTP server. If you use a private email service, enter the SMTP address in the SMTP Sever section of the next dialog box again. Then, you check the information and then press the Test Profile Settings button to check the connection settings. If successful, a notification will appear after checking, and an email will be sent to the email that you have declared to confirm.

The software will automatically identify your SMTP email, with Gmail is smtp.gmail.com, with Yahoo! Mail is smtp.mail.yahoo.com, Windows Live Hotmail is smtp.live.com . Then click Next > and Close to complete the registration of profile information.

Next, open item 2. Recipients . Here, you will enter the list of emails to send. To enter manually, right-click in the list area, select Insert.

You enter the email information in turn, the information can optionally enter, but in the Mail address column, there must be. If you already have an email list to send, you can use the tool buttons above to enter it. You click on the Import button in the Home form above to display a list of email import options.

You select the corresponding items (Non formatted text file: plain text file txt, each email will be separated by a space or line; Comma Separated Values ​​File (CSV): txt text file with data encode the software into columns and rows; Microsoft Excel File: Excel's xls file, the software can identify columns for you to choose which columns contain emails; the options allow you to import email lists from MS Access, MS Outlook .).

For plain text files, you take the next simple steps to import email lists. For MS Excel files, after selecting the file in the next step, you need to select the sheet position and the column containing the email addresses for the software to identify.

After selecting the Excel file and clicking Next >, select the position of the first line backwards that the program will recognize to start retrieving the email address. In the next step, you must select the column which contains the email address of the Excel workbook as Mail address and click Next >, Next > button.

The software will proceed to enter the list of emails. If the list is long, you may have to wait a while. When finished and move to the Content section in the left column, the program may ask if you save the email list or not, select Yes.

Next to section 3. Content , you enter the email content that you will send in bulk. The software will default to an email content template, you can place the cursor in the edit area, press Ctrl + A and press the Delete key on the keyboard to delete this default content and compose a separate email. Editing an email is similar to editing in MS Word with the tool tabs above. Note, the Subject : section above the text box is where you name your email subject that will appear in the recipient's email box.

Please save the content of the email you have finished composing by clicking the Save button on the Home tab above before going to part 4. Preview to preview the email. Go to section 5. Send Mail , you click the confirmation button at the notice appears to agree to send email to the address in section Reciepents .

The process for sending emails will appear below. The software will send each email to each address you specify, not send a series as Cc or Bcc function of email services. Although the process takes a bit long, but in return you will not be restricted by email services when the addresses in the Cc or Bcc section too much, your emails may be accused of spam.
