Text Encoding Converter

Text Encoding Converter is an application that converts the Encode mode of ansi / utf-8 / unicode / HTML documents to other Encode and vice versa, transfer files one by one or batch. This application can encrypt thousands of files in just a few minutes.

Text Encoding Converter only converts the Encode mode of the text, not a text converter. For example, this application cannot convert PDF to Word documents, cannot convert Word to Html files.

This is a terminology that technology novices sometimes make, due to confusion between Encode text and text format. Text Encoding Converter can convert Encode of XML and HTML files, but users still need to edit the Encode of the output files.
