TimeComX

TimeComX is a free tool, the interface is quite functional and relatively light. TimeComX helps users to schedule Windows to perform tasks with a lot of defined conditions.

After downloading and installing successfully, you activate the icon with the same name TimeComX on the screen. A window appears asking you to select the language to use, usually English > click Next

TimeComX interface is designed with two main feature cards, the Event tab provides many options to perform tasks at the Task tab. At the Event tab, select the method to perform the task in Mode , then set as below:

Advanced Counter : After a period of time from the current time, allowing detailed customization to seconds, minutes, hours and days. You enter the parameters in the boxes Seconds (seconds), Minutes (minutes), Hours (hours), Days (days).

Time of day: Perform the task when it comes to this point. With this option, you set the time in the Time section and select the corresponding date in the calendar below.

The tasks that the program provides are quite diverse, including: Lock Computer (computer lock), Shutdown (turn off the computer), Sleep (for the computer in sleep state), Hibernate (put the computer into hibernation state) ), Log Off (bring the computer to the login screen), Turn Off Display (turn off the screen), Run File / Open URL (open a predefined file or website, now click on the icon to select file or enter the web address directly in the File / URL box).

Advanced settings for the program

Set a password to use: To limit the use of this program by unwanted people, you should set a password so that only you can enter and manage it. First, click the Options button in the upper left corner of the main interface> select the card with the icon. Then, click Set in Password > enter password in the Enter password box> click OK to confirm using the password you just entered.

Transparent interface: TimeComX allows you to transparent the interface of the program compared to the screen in 4 levels of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. To select transparency, right-click on TimeComX's title bar> preference level.
