Instructions for installing and using the Trend Micro Anti-Ransomware Tool to remove Ransomware

Case 1:

Step 1: Go to Safe Mode with network connection

Step 2: Download the Trend Micro Anti-Ransomware Tool and save it on the desktop

Step 3: Double click the AR20_build14.exe file to run the application

Note: Trend Micro Anti-Ransomware Tool can be installed in Safe Mode with a network connection. You can also install it through Regular Safe Mode and Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Note: The tool starts automatically without pressing any key to call it.
