WaterRoof is a Firewall management software with features such as bandwidth adjustment, NAT settings, port redirection, dynamic monitoring rules, predefined rule sets, wizards, logs, parameters, etc. WaterRoof, you can install the IPFW firewall very quickly and easily. With the NAT feature set, you can fine-tune network sharing in LAN, or you can install a full-featured firewall for your network. Network rules and options can be saved and downloaded at the time of booting up.

WaterRoof is just a front-end software, so it will take advantage of the system tool casc. This means that when you finish configuring / testing the firewall, you can safely remove WaterRoof from the system without worrying about losing rules. The bandwidth settings, firewall rules, NAT rules, forwarding, logs and other options will be preserved and activated at startup, according to Apple's instructions. This means that WaterRoof is quite secure because it does not install any strange extensions.
