Accounting and other reporting software often do not top the list of things to pay. Zoho Reports will save you money and still have a super professional report to share.

Like so many other cloud applications, this service is free with limited features. The problem is, all the features and limitations available today with the version are free, it doesn't affect many freelancers or small business owners. Read on to have a look to see what Zoho Repots brings you.

There are many reasons why you need a good looking report. Board meetings, loan applications or even meetings with potential investors. The information you want to share is displayed professionally.

You access the address above. Zoho allows you to login with your login credentials from other websites. Google Apps, Facebook, Yahoo and Google are all options. This means you don't have to memorize lots of passwords. Here select Yahoo.

After selecting yahoo it will display another page for you to confirm. If you are opening yahoo or the browser is saving information about your Yahoo. Then you will get as shown:

You click the button to confirm. In case it does not show as the picture above, you will be asked to enter your yahoo nick and access password.

If you are a large company, you may want to keep your data in sync with your database. This can be done, but may take a long time. If you do not need constant synchronization, the free accounts allow you to enter information 3 times. This is enough for you to get presentations or meetings.
On the zoho home page, click Reports or go directly to the address above.

Sharing a report via email can be a headache. Zoho Reports gives you some really easy ways to share your reports.

Embed your reports in a website or blog with options. By adding the provided code, you can see a current view of the report. In the same way you can add charts to your iGoogle homepage (If you have it).

Another option to share your report by email. The difference here, you can share the chart to the community or share it with a few users you want. People with whom you share the link simply log in to Zoho Reports to view the reports.
