ConvertPDFtoWord is a free service that allows you to easily convert pdf-formatted text files into Word's doc format while preserving the content and images inside.

Wait for a while for the conversion process to take place and then the download dialog (of the browser) will automatically appear asking you to select a location to save the file. The file will be saved in the doc format instead of the original pdf.

Note that for pdf files created or written in specialized pdf writing programs, after conversion, you can edit the content inside the word file.As for pdf documents created by scanning from paper documents, after converting, the word file simply contains the image of the original pdf file and you cannot edit the content inside this word file. .(although still carry the full text of the original pdf file).
