MoreLocale 2 for Android - Add Vietnamese to Android devices

Instructions for using the 'pm' command

Basically, Android 4.2 and above have a security mechanism so MoreLocale 2 does not have the right to change the machine language settings. To do this, users must have control over the system and change the language. The 'pm' command is the tool to do this.

• Step 1: Go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging
• Step 2: Connect your phone to the computer via a USB cable. Run cmd in Windows with Admin privileges.
• Step 3: Enter ' adb devices '. After pressing Enter, type the command> pm grant jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale android.permisson.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION
• Step 4: Now you have the right to change the settings of the machine. Open MoreLocale 2> select Add Located and enter Vietnamese.
