Postbox for Windows - Email management software

Like other email clients like Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Entourage and Thunderbird, Postbox 6.1.16.1 helps you store mail on your computer and more.

Postbox is an open source mail client (supports both Windows and Mac) and has many features to help you manage your mail better.

The first difference is that if you have a Gmail mailbox, you want to use Postbox to receive and send mail, the configuration is very simple, you just need to enter the email address and password.

How to configure Gmail mailbox in Postbox

The program supports many mail services such as AOL mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail .

Enter the name you want to appear when mail is sent at Your Name line and your email address at Email Address line.

Enter your mailbox password.

If you use a mail service that is not on the list, select Other email accounts .

Postbox features

1. Browse mail by tab
Each time you select mail, the program will display each mail on a tab. There are 02 types of cards: Classic View and Vertical View. You can choose between them by going to View -> Layout .

2. Sort mail by subject
You can set and add any theme you want. The easiest way to add a topic is to right-click anywhere under Favorite Topic and select Create New Favorit Topic . You can then specify which mail is on the topic you just created by clicking Message -> Topic and then selecting the subject you want to put the mail into.

If you want to specify multiple emails automatically, you use the mail filtering option by going to Message -> Create Filter From Message .

3. Create a to-do list
You select the New To Do icon or you can create items for a mail by selecting that mail and clicking the To Do button to the right of the mail.

If you want all the mail in the To list because above other mail, go to View -> Pin To Dos .

4. List of attached files (Attachment List)
The program has the function of managing the list of attachments to display all attachments of all mail by clicking the Attachments button at the bottom of the search box (Search). You can also select a list of attached photos, links and contacts.

You can then save them to your hard drive, email them or upload them (for all file types).
