Round-Robin Mailer

Does your company have a sales staff? Do you often send emails to subordinates? If so, you need a solution to send emails promptly and accurately to each employee. Round-Robin Mailer is designed to solve this problem.

The program is connected directly to the POP3 / IMAP4 mail server, reads all emails, and forwards mail to every employee in the company. Round-Robin Mailer operates with absolute reliability, ensuring never to lose emails. Other features include statistical reporting, email archiving, work scheduling, important email highlighting, and a system that handles various emails.

Functions:

• Receive email from mail server supporting access to POP3 or IMAP4.
• Send email directly or indirectly via SMTP.
• Statistics of all the emails being delivered to employees (graphs or tables)
• Employees can easily mark " Unavailable " to refuse to receive unrelated emails.
• Notify specific schedules (optional) for each employee. Outside staff will not receive the calendar.
• You can customize certain types of emails. For example, you might want to send email containing 'confidential' content to some employees.
• Can edit the body and the preamble of a forwarded email
• Support for archiving all received and forwarded emails.
• When a problem occurs, it may temporarily lock the system.

The " Staff " tab is used to designate each member receiving forwarding emails.

The " Mail Server " tab identifies the incoming email account. There is also an email forwarding setting in this tab.

The " Settings " tab contains settings related to the system.

The ' Rules ' tab is used to censor email types.

The " Modifications " tab is used to change forwarding emails.

The " Reporting " feature displays statistics of the number of emails forwarded.
