Samsung Smart View for iOS

Easily display content from iPhone / iPad to Samsung Smart TV with Samsung Smart View for iOS 2.1.6 application. This is the official app from Samsung Electronics, which helps you control the TV remotely extremely conveniently and quickly.

Control and stream content to Samsung Smart TV with Smart View

The Samsung Smart View for iOS app allows you to enjoy special entertainment content stored on your iDevice smartphone or tablet on Samsung Smart TV and control the TV right on the mobile screen. This Beta version is in beta and will be released in app stores soon.

Control Samsung Smart TV remotely

Easily use the Smart View for iOS app to control Samsung smart TVs even without the dedicated controller. Note that the application only supports Samsung Smart TVs from 2014 to 2016 and can use the Touch Pad on the TV to control.

Play content from mobile devices

All you need to do is connect your mobile device to the TV and select videos, pictures or music files to play on TV. Users will not have to wait long, images and audio will be shown immediately on Samsung Smart TV. This feature is similar to the method of playing YouTube videos on any Smart TV via Chromecast .

Create personal playlists

Create personal playlists to update all your favorite videos, photos and music in one place.

When you install the Samsung Smart View version for your computer, you can also play a whole folder from your PC to your Smart TV or instant playlist. When videos and subtitles are in the same folder, users can watch movies with subtitles and turn their space into a vivid mini movie theater.

How to use Samsung Smart View on iPhone / iPad

• Connect mobile device with WiFi network to Smart TV.
• Open the Samsung Smart View app on iPhone / iPad.
• Select the TV to pair and proceed to connect the two devices together.
• After a successful connection, select any multimedia content that you want to enjoy on your TV screen to stream.

List of supported devices

• 2011: LED D7000 and PDP D8000 and above.
• 2012: LED ES7500 and PDP E8000 and above.
• 2013: LED F4500 and above (except F9000 and above), PDP F5500 and above.
• 2014: H4500, H5500 and above (except for models H6003 / H6103 / H6153 / H6201 / H6203).
• 2015: J4500, J5500 and above (except J6203).
• 2016: K4300 and K5300 and above.
