Wuala, a data storage service of LaCie, has the same security function. Wuala also has the ability to encrypt files and never send your password online. Wuala also includes a desktop application so you can manage your files. It only syncs files on the Wuala drive by default, but you can sync another folder by clicking the New button in the toolbar and selecting Sync.

Wuala offers 2 GB of free storage space, but you can get up to a total of 5 GB by clicking the File menu button in Wuala and selecting Invite People You Know, each person who invites you will get an additional 250 MB of space. free.
